We looked around quite a bit for an agency that could provide us with a good 4x4 car along with good camping and offroad equipment. The majority of agencies we found did not even respond to the requests for info we sent!? This was not the case with iDrive 4x4. They answered quickly and provided a great amount of information and detail. We exchanged a number of emails with Colinda at iDrive 4x4 and she helped us put a great self-drive package together. Once in Oman, the car and everything inside was delivered exactly as we had booked beforehand. If you want to do a 4x4 self-drive with your family through Oman (which I would highly recommend!), do book through iDrive 4x4 (which I can also wholeheartedly recommend!)!

I had a fantastic trip with a good friend and both our sons (11 & 12 years old). We rented great cars with rooftents and everything was perfectly organized. Absolutely great choice!

The rental car that we got was brand new and in perfect condition. Together with the car, we rented some camping equipment. It included everything that we needed to kickstart our trip without the need of buying much more (except for the food and beverages). The customer support was always super friendly and helpful. They informed us even about bad weather conditions so we didn’t run into problems with our camp sites. All in all a 10/10 experience - thank your very much for this experience and the good memories we could make during this amazing camping trip!
