Good to know:

1. Rentals in Kyrgyzstan use a per-day rate (calendar days), not a 24-hour system. This means your final price is based on the number of days your vehicle is booked.
2. Car pick-up and return are available every day from 09:00 to 19:00.
3. Drivers need to be at least 25 years old with 5 years of experience.

We confirm your reservation within 2 days and send a payment link for the remaining 80% and deposit.

REFUND AFTER YOUR TRIP

Once your trip is completed and all equipment is returned in good condition, your deposit will be refunded.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why are the products I want unavailable?

There are two possible reasons: First, make sure you’ve selected the right country in step 1. For example, if you’re on the Oman page but choose Kenya, the products will show as unavailable. Second, the products might be booked already for the dates selected. If that’s the case, try different dates or reach out to our friendly customer service team (click here) – we’ll do our best to find a great alternative for you!

How do I pay the remaining 80% after my booking?

Before the start of your trip, we will share with you via email the remaining invoice. Once recevied, click on the payment link and simply pay via our trusted provider Stripe with your preferred payment method (creditcard, debit card, iDeal, bank transfers and many others)

What does the service charge include?

We do not charge a service cost in Kyrgyzstan. The following is already included in the price of the bundle: (1) Installation of crossbars for the carriage of the rooftop tent. (2) Installation of rooftop tent. (3) Loading and cleaning of all camping equipment in the car. (4) Cleaning cost of all camping equipment, rooftop tent and car. (5) Delivery and Drop Off of the car & equipment in Bishkek (hotel / airport) or Osh.

When do I get my security deposit back?

The deposit is paid to iDrive to cover any potential damages to the equipment. Don’t worry, it will be returned to your account within 30 days after your trip, as long as everything is returned in good condition.
