Cancellation & Privacy Policy
All cancellations must be made by e-mail. In conformity with our Travel Condition iDrive 4×4 is obliged to charge cancellation fees to the passenger(s) as follows:
The traveler can cancel the agreement at any time before the start date of the trip. The traveler will be charged the following cancellation fees:
Up to 56 days before departure: 20%
55-22 days prior to departure: 50%
21-7 days prior to departure: 75%
0-6 days prior to departure: 100%
Privacy policy
All personal information will be strictly confidential and will not be given or sold to a third party.
Governing law / jurisdiction clause
These Terms and Conditions are in accordance with iDrive 4×4 BV Travel Conditions. Governing law of The Netherlands. All agreements with iDrive 4×4 shall in all respects be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Netherlands
